Abstract
As the development of technology, organizations adopt information and communication technologies (ICT) for operation is widespread and it is common for employees to use ICTs in modern working life. ICTs not only bring benefits but also negative effects such as employees' feeling of stress due to using ICTs for works named technostress. In the past individuals require face-to-face social support to cope with stress, as the convenience of Internet usage and prosperity of social network, employees could receive support from social media to improve their ability of coping with stress. Hence, this research examines different dimensions of technostress creators directly impact employees' perceived mental health issues. Employees' perceived mental health problems result in job dissatisfaction and further impact ICTs-induced performance. For the perspectives of online social support affect on employees, nurturant support can enhance employees' satisfaction toward job and action-facilitating support can improve employees' ICTs-induced performance.
