近年來,台灣對於工時的討論一直是勞資關心的焦點,員工能透過手機、Line等通訊軟體隨時隨地處理公事已是目前非常常見的工作模式,但當這種工作模式延續至下班時間,便說明了方便的行動裝置成為變相加班的原因,間接地使企業成員們與工作狂畫上等號,所造成的負面影響除了個體的身心健康之外、和同事的互動也會受影響。故本研究針對此現象,以問卷調查在台企業共209位員工,研究工具包含:無所不在科技壓力量表(科技超載、科技可及性、科技侵犯)、工作狂量表(工作樂趣、內在趨迫)、職場情感互動量表,探討無所不在的科技壓力和工作狂對職場情感互動之關係。

研究結果如下:
1.科技壓力中的科技侵犯與職場情感互動有負向關聯性。
2.工作狂中的工作樂趣與職場情感互動有正向關聯性。
3.工作樂趣高的員工,在科技可及性與職場情感互動的關係呈正向顯著,工作樂趣低的員工,則在科技可及性與職場情感互動的關係呈負向顯著。
4.內在趨迫高的員工,不僅會強化科技侵犯與職場情感互動負向的關係,也會造成科技可及性與職場情感互動的關係呈現負向顯著。

最後根據研究結果提出管理意涵及研究建議。
Abstract
Recently, discussion of working hours has always been the main topic in Taiwan. It quite common nowadays that people can work anytime anytime and anywhere using LINE, Facetime, or WeChat on their mobile devices. However, the overtime working happened when employees still receive assignments via mobile devices after office hours, which makes them become workaholics. The negative consequences on employee‘s wellbeing including health and interpersonal relationship are widely reported. In this study, 209 participants were surveyed and completed the questionnaire of ubiquitous technostress (techno-overload, techno-invasion, techno-accessibility), workaholic (enjoyment and drive), and interpersonal relationships at work.

Results showed: (1) Among the factors in ubiquitous technostress, techno-overload and techno-invasion were negatively related to the interpersonal relationships at work; (2) Work enjoyment was positively related to interpersonal relationships at work; (3) When employees had a high level of work enjoyment, there was a positive relationship between techno-accessibility and interpersonal relationships at work, whereas employees worked with little enjoyment, a negative relationship was observed; (4) Individual’s drive reinforced the negative relationship between techno-invasion and international relationships at work, and the negative relationship between techno-accessibility and interpersonal relationships at work.

According to the results above, the suggestion for future research and business practices are provided.
