近年來,企業社會責任(Corporate Social Responsibility )對於企業而言越來越重要,定期發布企業社會責任報告書除了對永續經營有助益之外,也能成為組織與其利害關係人之間良好資訊揭露平台,而現今許多企業也都將釋出企業社會責任報告書視為重要之事項。
根據統計在2017年共有515家企業出版企業社會責任報告書,其中大部分產業類別分布在金融與科技業當中(約佔整體百分之28),而根據CSRone平台所發布之2018臺灣永續報告現況與趨勢中也提到,有編製CSR報告書的企業組織,在每股盈餘及股東權益報酬率上都有相對亮眼的表現。(蔡淑芬,2018)
而根據文獻回顧,組織員工對企業社會責任之認知與工作滿意度有正向相關,如企業做好企業社會責任對員工之工作滿意度有顯著影響,本研究以訪談方式針對科技業及金融業員工對該公司之企業社會責任之認知與其工作滿意度之關聯性進行探討,並以組織支持與主管支持為主要之中介變數進行訪談。
經過5家企業共8名員工之訪談與歸納後,本研究發現組織對企業社會責任之重視程度及支持度,以及主管對企業社會責任政策之支持度,兩者對於員工對企業社會責任之認知有顯著影響,此外員工對企業社會責任之認知也會影響工作滿意度,只要組織內外皆做好企業社會責任政策之落實,員工對於工作滿意度便有正向顯著影響。
Abstract
In recent years, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become more and more important for companies. The regular release of CSR reports can be a good source of information for organizations and their stakeholders. Exposing the platform, many companies today will also release the corporate social responsibility report as an important issue.
According to statistics, there were a total of 515 corporate publishing CSR reports in 2017. Most of the industry categories were distributed in the finance and technology industry (about 28% of the total), and the 2018 Taiwanese perpetual report released by the CSRone platform. It is also mentioned in the current situation and trend that the corporate organizations that compile the CSR report have relatively bright performance in terms of earnings per share and return on equity. (Cai Shufen, 2018)
According to the literature review, there is a positive correlation between organizational employees' awareness of corporate social responsibility and job satisfaction. For example, the corporate social responsibility has a significant impact on employee job satisfaction. This study complies with interview and the research target are the technology and financial industry. The employees discussed the relevance of the company's CSR awareness and its job satisfaction, and conducted interviews based on the intermediary variables of organizational support and supervisor support.
After interviews and induction of 8 employees from 5 companies, the study found that the organization attaches importance to corporate social responsibility and support, as well as the supervisor's support for corporate social responsibility policies, both of which recognize employees' corporate social responsibility. There are significant impacts. In addition, employees’ perceptions of corporate social responsibility will also affect job satisfaction. If the organization’s social responsibility policies are implemented both internally and externally, employees have a positive impact on job satisfaction.
