近年來物聯網（Internet of Things，簡稱IoT)發展快速使得工業電腦產業逐漸受到重視，目前全球工業電腦產業龍頭為台灣的研華科技，然而，近年來樺漢科技異軍突起，該企業2013年至2016年營收的年複合成長率高達67.2%為產業之冠，營收總額直逼產業龍頭研華科技，在這短短幾年的時間裡，樺漢科技到底是如何做到快速成長其經營策略上是否別於其他競爭者，即為本研究主要探討的目的。
另一方面，本研究亦會針對目前台灣工業電腦產業之現況進行分析，並將產業以及個案企業的分析結果做整合，給予產業面以及企業面的實質建議，期望能藉此對台灣工業電腦產業有所貢獻。
本研究透過多個理論進行分析，並由廣(產業分析)入深(企業分析)進行探討，產業分析的部分以Michael Porter的五力分析為理論架構進行分析，在企業分析的部分透過策略定位與營運模式、資源基礎理論、競爭優勢和SWOT分析進行多面相且深入之探討，透過上述之理論應用進而了解產業與企業之面貌。

本研究所得之結論大致歸納如以下幾點：
一、 產業面之結論
(一) 物聯網為產業未來發展趨勢。
(二) 市場為全球性競爭而非僅限於台灣。
(三) 品牌與代工模式兩者間並無絕對好壞。
二、 企業面之結論
(一) 代工為其經營模式，滿足大量製造需求打破IPC產業少量製造之限制。
(二) 母公司鴻海支持，為樺漢最大資源優勢。
(三) 樺漢處於成長狀態，未來須找到成長新動能。

Recently the industry of industrial personal computer has gained its importance followed by the emergence of the Internet of Things. Advantech has been the leader in IPC industry all around the world. Nevertheless, its competitive rival, Ennoconn, is growing so fast that its CAGR went up to 67.2% from 2013 to 2016. Ennoconn’s revenue is catching up with Advantech’s.
The research purpose of this thesis is 〝How does Ennoconn’s revenue grow aggressively ?, How does its operational strategy different from others’ ?〞.
Besides, the research makes a thorough analysis of IPC industry in Taiwan based on Porter’s five forces, and Ennoconn’s strategic operational model in accordance with theories, i.e., strategic positioning, business model, resource-based view, competitive advantages, and SWOT analysis, before making a proposal of business strategy for the IPC industry and Ennoconn.
The research findings are as follows:
A. For the IPC,
a. IoT is the future.
b. The market is around the world.
c. Either branding or ODM is a viable operational model.
B. For Ennoconn,
a. ODM is the business model with which Ennoconn can satisfy the manufacturing demand.
b. The parent company Foxconn’s subsidiaries are Ennoconn’s greatest resource advantage.
c. Extensive market reach will level up Ennoconn’s growth motive.
