    摘要(中) 摘要
    最近有項新的資料儲存技術叫區塊鏈,引起資訊科技相關領域的極大興趣,區塊鏈
    技術被考慮應用到各領域,例如,身份認證、音樂平台、食品履歷系統,創新的技術勢
    必會吸引許多的企業投入,以期藉此獲得效益,而錯誤的採用將會造成企業不必要的損
    失,因此本研究將可幫助企業更了解區塊鏈技術所來帶來的效益及開發的障礙,藉此減
    少企業不必要的財務資源浪費。
    本研究將會探討影響企業採用區塊鏈技術意願之因素,影響的因素有任務科技適配
    度,環境科技適配度和可行性,而本研究還會探討企業除了因為任務科技適配度帶來的
    功能性利益而採用區塊鏈技術,是否還會受到外在環境的影響為了獲得象徵性利益而考
    慮採用區塊鏈技術。
    本研究經由網路問卷發放,一共回收113 份證劵交割應用樣本,和129 份醫療病歷
    應用樣本,共242 份,經過分析後的結果,發現功能性利益、象徵性利益和可行性會對
    企業採用區塊鏈技術有顯著影響,而環境科技適配度確實會影響企業認為採用區塊鏈技
    術能獲得的象徵性利益,不同應用的分析下,還發現在醫療病歷應用裡,影響醫院採用
    區塊鏈技術意願的主要因素是可行性,醫院若有足夠的財務資源和醫院內高階主管支持
    導入區塊鏈並且有充足的資訊科技設施的話,代表醫院採用區塊鏈技術的意願會越高,
    而證劵交割的應用裡,功能性利益、象徵性利益和可行性會是影響企業採用區塊鏈技術
    意願的因素。

    摘要(英) Abstract
    Recently, blockchain has attracted a great deal of attention in information systems. The
    blockchain technology is considered revolutionary to various fields, such as identity
    authentication, music platform, and food traceability. This new technology attracts lots of
    investment with the expected benefits. However, some organizations are suspicious about the
    value and inappropriate adoption will cause unnecessary losses for the adopter. Therefore,
    there is a strong demand for research that investigates the benefits and factors that affect its
    adoption.
    The purpose of this study is to examine key factors that Influence organizational
    intention to adopt the blockchain technology. We use concepts including the Task-Technology
    Fit , Task-environment Fit, Fit-Viability theory, functional benefits and symbolic benefits to
    build our research model.
    An empirical study was conducted to evaluate our research model. A total of 242 valid
    samples, including 113 in security domain and 129 in medical domain, were collected
    through online questionnaire survey. The results show that functional benefits, symbolic
    benefits and viability had significant effects on organizational intention to adopt blockchain
    technology. In the case of medical records, the main factor of influence is viability, while in
    security trading all benefits and viability were significant. This may be because hospital
    management is highly regulated by the government and hospitals do not adopt technology for
    benefits but follow the rule of the government and financial viability is a major concern.
