本文通過分析亞里斯多德《政治學》中的形上學原則，重新在形上目的論的角度對這部作品進行解釋，藉以指出《政治學》可以分為三個部分，即純粹自然的政制，技藝調試的城邦，個人善與城邦善的問題。在自然的部分中，筆者指出純粹自然的政制是城邦的第一實體，邦民聯合是城邦的質料，純粹自然的政制與邦民聯合的複合產生各種政制；在技藝的部分中，筆者指出城邦褪變的原因在於邦民聯合而非政制，避免褪變的技藝是統治要素的混合；在善的部分中，筆者指出個人的實踐智慧是調和城邦與個人善的關鍵之所在。最後，筆者以此為基礎得出在形上目的論意義上城邦作為複合實體從潛能成為現實的結論。

In this thesis, the metaphysical principles of Aristotle’s Politics are discussed in order to establishing a metaphysical teleological interpretation of this classical masterpiece. Three parts can be clear: the pure natural constitution, the adjusted city-state by art, and the harmony of the good of city-state and the good of individual. In the part of nature, the author demonstrates that pure nature constitution is the first entity of the city-state, the citizen association is the matter of the city-state, and the complex of them generates the several of constitutions. In the part of art, the author claims that the cause of deviation of constitutions is from the citizen association, and the solution to deal with it is the mixture of ruling elements of different constitutions. In the part of good, the author concludes that the practical wisdom of individual is the key of harmony the good of city-state and the good of individual. Finally, the city-state becomes reality from potential in the sense of metaphysical teleology.
