根據英國《金融時報》(Financial Times)報導,2013年台灣擠下德國成為全球第六大遊艇生產王國,僅次於義大利、荷蘭、土耳其、美國、英國。但隨著中國大陸消費市場的崛起,歐洲的遊艇製造大廠也都紛紛的東進來搶占巨型遊艇的市場,加上中國大陸近幾年也積極扶持自己的遊艇產業,進而嚴重吞蝕掉台灣遊艇製造的市場。隨著外部環境的改變與巨型遊艇的製造趨勢,遊艇製造程序越來越複雜,且船主對交期的要求越來越短,所以,台灣遊艇公司的主管需要一套可以即時整合船艇在製造過程中的相關訊息與異常警示功能的主管資訊系統(EIS),讓主管可以很方便的獲得資訊。

因此本研究根據各階主管對船艇生產資訊的需求,結合EIS的特點,依據設計科學研究方法,實際運用MDA塑模階段與UML塑模工具開發出一套專屬遊艇公司的EIS,提供各階主管所需的管理資訊,做為生產進度的管控、重要物料的跟催與料工成本的掌控,並透過數位儀表板的使用介面,讓主管可以很簡單、清楚且即時的獲得資訊。
Abstract
Under the British "Financial Times" reported that in 2013 Taiwan squeeze under Germany to become the world's sixth largest yacht production kingdom, second only to Italy, the Netherlands, Turkey, the United States, the United Kingdom. But with the rise of the consumer market in China, Europe, yacht manufacturers also have come to seize the eastern mega yacht market, coupled with the Chinese mainland in recent years, also actively support their yacht industry, which would seriously engulfs yacht off Taiwan manufacturing market.With changes in the external environment and manufacturing trends of the giant yacht, yacht manufacturing process are more complex, and the owner of the delivery requirements are getting shorter, so the executives of Taiwan's yacht company needed an Executive Information system (EIS) to integrate the manufacture of process-related information instantly and to warn abnormalities, so that executives can get information easily.

Therefore, according to the needs of each order in charge of production information on the boat, combined with the characteristics of the EIS, based on the design of scientific research methods, the practical application of MDA modeling phase and UML modeling tool to develop a dedicated yacht's EIS, which provide various level managers management information to control production schedule, to remaind the important materials and to handle th costs of the materials and labors. To use digital dashboard interface help executives get information easily, clearly and instantly.
