器官移植手術的成熟為許多病患帶來希望，然而，捐贈的器官數量卻無法負荷等待移植之病人所需，因此，器官捐贈的勸募成為現階段重要的課題。本研究目的在於瞭解成年民眾對器官捐贈的認知、態度與捐贈行為意向的現況，以及對器官捐贈的認知與態度是否影響其捐贈行為意向。
本研究以成年民眾為研究對象，採用結構式自編問卷進行網路問卷調查，共回收469份問卷，刪除重複填答、不符合研究對象範圍等無效問卷後，得有效問卷444份。以SPSS 21.0進行分析，包含描述性統計與推論性統計分析。
研究結果顯示，受試者以女性為主(62.4%)，年齡平均為24歲，職業以學生為主(64.4%)，教育程度以大學(含專科)佔大多數(62.8%)，北部人居多(45.3%)，多數婚姻狀況為未婚(93.5%)，宗教信仰以無宗教信仰為主(46.4％)。透過皮爾森積差相關以及逐步迴歸分析發現：(1)成年民眾對器官捐贈認知與對器官捐贈態度有顯著的低度相關；(2)成年民眾器官捐贈認知對器官捐贈行為意向有正向影響；(3)成年民眾器官捐贈態度對器官捐贈行為意向有正向影響。
本研究發現成年民眾對器官捐贈的認知與態度將影響其對器官捐贈行為意向，其中以器官捐贈態度為主要影響因素，若成年民眾對器官捐贈態度越正向，其捐贈行為意向也越正向，因此，透過提升成年民眾對器官捐贈的正向態度，將有助於器官捐贈之勸募。此外，研究亦發現家人間對器官捐贈意願的溝通確實能有助於器官捐贈之勸募。

The aim of this study was to understand an adult’s will to donate their organs and to elucidate relationships between knowledge, attitude, and behavior intention upon organ donation.
A total of 469 questionnaires were collected from adult subjects, and 444 of these questionnaires were valid. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the independent sample t test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson’s correlation analysis, and stepwise regression.
Most of the participants were women (62.4%) with a mean age of 24. Of subjects, 62.8% were educated to undergraduate level, 45.3% were from the north, 93.5% were unmarried, and 46.4% did not follow religion. Our analysis indicated that: (1) there was a positive correlation between knowledge and attitude with regards to organ donation, (2) knowledge of organ donation toward behavior intention for organ donation was positive, and (3) attitude of organ donation toward the behavior intention of organ donation was positive.
Our study identified that knowledge and attitude related to organ donation behavior intention and that attitude was the main factor influencing behavior intention. If an adult’s attitude was more positive, then organ donation behavior intention was also more positive. Consequently, enhancing attitude will be conducive in a positive effect upon organ donation behavior intention; communication between family members was also conducive to organ donation.
