汽車駕駛人在道路上發生交通事故報警處理,在一定期間過後,警察機關可免費提供事故資料,俾便事故當事人作為後續處理之參考。網路申請系統自102年3月間啟用迄今,就高雄市而言,年申請占總申請數最高僅21%,使用情形似乎未符期待,希冀藉由「整合科技接受模式UTAUT」理論模型,探討網路科技系統接受的程度及持續使用意圖。
本研究架構是參採UTAUT理論模型四個主要構面,對「持續使用意圖」的影響。另增加「系統介面的友善性」及「自我效能」兩個外生變數來驗證「知覺有用性」、「知覺易用性」影響效果,並以性別、年齡及使用經驗為控制變數,觀察是否對「持續使用意圖」有影響,研究設計8個假說。
調查對象為初次使用網路申請系統申請事故資料之事故關係人,問卷除基本資料外,7個構面每個構面4個問項,計35個問項;採紙本實體方式,發出180份,回收有效樣本129份;分析方法採用SPSS-v24及SmartPLS-V3.2.7統計軟體,區分測量模型(MM)、結構模型(SM)分析,及假說驗證等三部分。
研究結果:「績效預期」、「社會影響」、「促成條件」等構面,事故關係人使用網路申請系統申請資料對「持續使用意圖」均呈顯著正向影響效果。「系統介面的友善性」對「績效預期(知覺有用性)」、「努力預期(知覺易用性)」亦呈顯著正向影響效果。另「自我效能」構面僅對「努力預期」有顯著的正向影響效果。另性別、年齡及使用經驗等控制變數對「持續使用意圖」並無正向影響。
本研究的貢獻在於8個假說中,雖有仍2個假說未達顯著水準,惟多數假說與Venbatesh 所提的「整合科技接受模式UTAUT」理論結果相吻合。研究中所遇到的限制是樣本取得不易的挑戰,隨著未來數位身分證之換發,可能面對抽樣問題,可列為未來研究的參考。

Abstract
If the driver of a car has a traffic accident alarm on the road, after a certain period of time, the police can provide accident information free of charge, so that the accident party can be used as a reference for subsequent treatment. The online application system has been in use since March 102. As far as Kaohsiung City is concerned, the annual application accounts for only 21% of the total number of applications. The usage situation does not seem to meet expectations. I hope to use the theoretical model of "Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, UTAUT" theoretical model. Explore the acceptance of network technology systems and their continuance intention.
This research framework is the four main constructs of the UTAUT theoretical model, and its influancing on "Continuance Intention". In addition, two exogenous variables of "The Goodness of System interface" and "Self-Efficicacy" are added to verify the effect of "Perceived Usefulness" and "Perceived Ease of Use", and Gender, Age and Experience are used as control variables to observe whether Influencing the "Continuance Intention", research and design 8 hypothesis.
The survey object is the accident related person who applied the accident data for the first time using the information network system. In addition to the basic information, the questionnaire has 4 items in each of the 7 constructs and a total of 35 items; 129 valid samples were recovered; SPSS-v24 and SmartPLS-V3.2.7 statistical software were used for the analysis method; three parts analysis were distinguished: Measurement Model (MM), Structural Model (SM) analysis, and Hypothesis Verification.
Research results: "Performance Expectancy", "Social Influance", and "Facilitating Conditions" contstructs.The accident-related persons using the information network system application materials have a significant positive influance on "Continuamce Intention". "The Goodness of System Interface" also has a significant positive effect on "Performance Expectancy (perceived usefulness)" and "Effort Expectancy (perceived ease of use)". In addition, the "Self-Efficacy" constructs only has a significant positive effect on "Effort Expectancy". In addition, control variables such as Gender, Age, and Experience of use have no positive effect on "Continuance Intention".
The contribution of this research lies in the 8 hypothesis. Although there are still 2 hypothesis that have not reached a significant level, most of the hypothesis are consistent with the theoretical results of the "Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, UTAUT" proposed by Venbatesh. The limitations encountered in the study are difficult to obtain samples. With the replacement of digital ID cards in the future, sampling problems may be faced, which can be used as a reference for future research.
