  • Abstract The main purpose of this study is to explore the organization nest in the different levels of leader - Member exchange relationship (LMX) on the role of performance-(role impact performance) and view a different level leaders - the consciousness attitude among members of the (perceived attitudinal similarities of PAS) in the above similarity, relations, regulating effect. To a certain military units 14 Factory picking meant sample select 48 sectors, 48-bit immediate Supervisor (Supervisor) and the head (captain) and its 192-bit deployment is to immediate Supervisor 1-bit and 4-bit subordinate of the issued questionnaires to find ways: (1)LMX1( immediate supervisor supervisor level) and LMX2( Unit competent foreman level) and the role performance (including the role of the (in-role behavior behavior, the organization toward the personal (OCBI) behavior of citizens and citizens toward the organization (OCBO)) behavior of positive relations; (2) different level leaders - the consciousness attitude among members of the similarity of the effects of adjustment (PAS): PAS1( is found on the immediate supervisor supervisor level), the higher the LMX1 and will strengthen the Organization toward (OCBO) civic behavior positive relationship between the head PAS2(; captain-general level), the higher the LMX2 and will strengthen the Organization toward the personal (OCBI) behavior of citizens and citizens toward the organization (OCBO) behavior positive relationship. Finally, the contribution to the research and recommendations of the study.
