  • Abstract By applying Case study mothod, the qualitative study explored the history of Kaohsiung diabolo sport business context, and found six values in diabolo sport to form its unique charm making diabolo sport going constantly evolving. In addition, there is too much risky to rely solely on government policy to develop, civic organization and government needs to cooperate with each other to promote diabolo sport toward universal and professional.
    The research result in the study has shown that, diabolo Association Kaohsiung utilizes their organizational capacity, human resources, and network management capability well, and makes use four key activities, teaching, competitions, performance and sales, to perform diabolo sports industry business strategy for three key stakeholders, customers, local organizations and vendors. Therefore, inducing two the formulas of value creation (a) steady existing markets , "Teaching-competition-sales" cycle, and (2) expand new markets, "teaching-performing-sales" cycle.
