  • Abstract With the rapidly changing social patterns, the traditional organizational structure and thinking also have tremendous changes. Because of different organizational goals, expectations, and demands among team-members, organizational conflicts occur frequently. Furthermore, each organization (company) has the unique organizational structure and culture, which may result in communication barriers. This study investigates the case company A, and focuses on the reason why conflicts and barriers occur in all communication. Therefore, this study attempts to observe and interview the conflict casees to understand this company. By literature review, this study verify and integratetheoretical and practical perspectives to provide problem-solving in case company. Thus, the purpose of this study is to understand the organizational structure and culture of case company, and the reasons why case company will occurred communication obstacles and organizational conflicts, and how to mitigate the negative impacts of conflictsin case company. Finally, we propose the theoretical and practical implications.
