  • Abstract Facing the dramatic change in the financial industry, just like first industrial revolution in eighteenth century. The advent of railways and steam power brought mechanical production to mankind. Besides that, the farmers were replaced by machinery but the manpower will not diappear.Once the skill upgrade or transition, will make people to deserve it.
    This paper focuses on the high-level supervisors of foreign and local banks in Kaohsiung City.Through the years of experience and close to the core of the financial industry, through the depth of interviews, combined with the literature analysis. According on the purpose of the study, found out the conclusion:
    1. Focusing on the recruiter training: Banks can respond to financial digitization. Focus on continuous training will enhance staff skills to meet the future needs of the adjusted functions.
    2. Strategic Development of Human Resources and Organizational Transformation: Adding new talents performance and assessments with current staff for ICT use.For example: Introducing new application services in the main service delivery process, expanding the scope of services or increasing the added value of ICT use.
    3. Cooperation and innovation: Most of the bank choose the "internal research and development", "foreign alliance"or "acquisition Potential of the financial technology company".The banking industry can continue to strengthen it’s competitive advantage.
    This study as the strengthen cooperation between industry and academia, implementation of professional training staff. The authorities to relax restrictions on the restrictions and provide incentives for tax incentives, promote the benefits and use of digital finance, to change the rapid period, to maintain the competitiveness of banks and their own.
