  • Abstract According to the literature discussed, the SMEs manufacturing co-opetition ecology comprehended, the characteristics of business reengineering, the field study and interview with experts, this study captured the demand of the corporate process management, and proposed that we could use service blueprint as a tool of process improvement and analysis. Finally, use system simulation technology to build process improvement model through the different scenarios analysis, and discussed the benefit.
    One of the major contributions of this study is to make use of the service blueprint which borders industry co-opetition relationship, from the original work flow level of service processes, up to a level of corporate strategy processes analysis tools, reinvent the corporate vision and combining with work flow. Second of the major contributions is that use simulation technique to supply decisive information to manager, when the SMEs in Taiwan face the issues of business process reengineering or business transformation, it can consult this study during the period.
