  • Abstract In the past 5 years (2008~2013) the birth rate in Taiwan has rapidly drop 45%. Several researches on the high impact of low birthrate have been done in the past years. Declining birthrate has a great influence in the educational system, especially on the supplementary schools. Supplementary schools offer educational support based on languages core curriculums or other out-of school activities. Parents pay for students to attend these schools. Thus, with slow decrease numbers of supplementary school but rapidly drop of student numbers, supplementary schools are in fierce competition.
    The aim of this thesis is using SWOT analysis to identify the Key success factors of Supplementary schools – taking A company as a case study.
