||Nowadays web survey is a convenience way for research. This study aims to discover how color influences user experience in web page questionnaire. |
This study changed color in web page questionnaire, and then measured six scales of user experience to see color influences which dimension of user experience. This study also uses eye-tracking technology to discover eye movement during users filling out a questionnaire. Eye-tracking and UEQ are respectively objective and subjective measurement to evaluate user experience.
The results show that yellow gets the highest score in novelty and red gets higher scores in perspicuity and efficiency. This study also found that people read the problem text faster and faster during filling out a questionnaire.
