There are pros and cons when we use IM to communicate, people love the efficiency and convenience, you could use it to complete the tasks fast, but sometimes when you are on vacation, you need a complete free time and space, you do not want to get disturbed while on vacation. This study is mainly to explore whether users of different corporate sizes have different working pressures and job burnout caused by using instant messaging software.
