  • Abstract China since the reform and opening up, private enterprises in economic development plays a very important role, many of the larger or a well-known private enterprises, to break the family business management model, toward modernization, the scale of the operation and management forward. Most large companies use more cross-border M & A international business, with a strong business territory. These companies are mostly state-owned enterprises or foreign investment companies, Sany only different, it is a genuine private enterprise, why many international leading industries see it as a competitor to explore the technology because it is constantly seeking innovation and continuous development of manufacturing in line with the desired product.
     SANY in the global concrete machinery sales leader, but the technology is not leading exports is not high, the company wanted to fast-growing, branched out into international, it would need to have their own core competitiveness. It broke with tradition and take the road of technological innovation, the use of technological innovation as a strategic pillar. From the beginning of the establishment of the company to become the world's major manufacturers of construction machinery and equipment, consistent idea it was to create for themselves "brand value." Use of overseas mergers and acquisitions to achieve R & D technology, obtain patents, make a richer product mix, improve the allocation of resources to expand the market, thereby expanding their own business territory so that they become more international.
     Former overseas acquisition, Trinity major markets in China, the products are non world class brands, but after the acquisition of SANY, not only to achieve international goals, but also to shorten the process of internationalization of 5 to 10 years. After the merger with Putzmeister, a new global leader in manufacturing concrete pump, among the global construction machinery manufacturers to enter the top five of the world's largest concrete machinery manufacturer. Had been "Fortune" was chosen as the most innovative Chinese enterprises have also been "Forbes" as one of the world's most innovative enterprises hundred. In support no national policy background, the virtue of their own R & D strength and advantages so that they have a lot of "world best" course of its development is worthy of our in depth understanding.
