||The purpose of this study is to explore the impacts to each other among|
role conflict, job stress and job burnout；with the moderating effect of social support and personal recreation.This study is focus on Kaohsiung city government accounting official and retrieved 445 valid questionnaire.By means of reliability,validity,factor analysis,descriptive statistics,correlate analysis,we use hierarchical regression to realize research variables and verify hypothesis.
Finding of this study shows that accounting official job burnout have indeed influence by role conflict and job stress. Besides, social support and personal recreation also have positive influences in the relationship between job stress and job burnout. Suggestions and recommendations for future research are thus discussed.
