  • Abstract Over the past 20 years, leadership research on emerging issues than the paternalistic leadership of non-Western culture represents one of the important leadership style. The vast majority of studies define parental leadership as both a high degree of authority and discipline, and a patriotic leadership.
     Most of the past researchers use the scale of the authoritative and benevolent leadership to prepare their own, and further analyze the interaction between the two, and further explain the entrepreneurial leadership of Enwei. However, such a research approach makes the gap between the definition and the measurement method, that is, the concept of the parental leadership itself has been defined, but there is no clear corresponding measurement scale, let alone describe the concept of a special system. For a long time, there is a negative correlation between the authoritarian leadership and the benevolent leadership scale, but in terms of the original definition, the patriarchal leadership should be demonstrated at the same time as the prestige and so on. Non-Western) situation in the stability of the existence of research scholars worthy of further study.
       In view of this, scholar Wang Anchih depicts the phenomenon of leadership of Enwei and re-established, and finds out the most important behavior that is representative of this phenomenon, which is called the conceptual model of developmental leadership.
