The theory is a methodology to management the operation cost and revolution the sale market for fishing company to reduce entirety cost and risk management, expect building the knowledge to face the challenge in further.
Hunting at sea is fishing life, operation for fishery sometime the output to be baffled for bed weather, unstable ocean current, fishing master interpersonal relationship and competitor challenge is passable influence to production quantity no matter how many invested capital in fishing industrial.
Different than other manufacturing industry, fishery industrial the invest rate very difficult to calculation the production efficiency, natural and humanity exist multiple variable effect to over sea fishing vessel.
Therefore, risk and contingency management for fishing company the operation must in right management system and turnover cost under control than liabilities can be reduce. |
