The members of the organization based on their different motives will inevitably use the formal or informal influence behavior to achieve individual desire and improve their work performance. Therefore, this study chooses organizational political behavior and work performance as the main variables, plus the interference effect of supervisor's leadership style, to study the correlation between the two. After the empirical analysis, the main findings are as follows:|
1.From the facets of organizational political behavior, the "rational persuasion" has significant positive impact on work performance.
2.The supervisor's leadership style has an interference effect between the organizational political behavior and work performance.
3.Contextual performance is more susceptible by the organizational political behavior and leadership style.
