Carbonization equipment utilizes the basis of pyrolysis to convert wooden materials into charcoal, also known as biochar. The carbonization equipment discussed in this thesis focuses on the conversion of the wasteful byproducts of during the production of coconut and palm oil, namely coconut and palm shells, into activated charcoal. In turn this equipment will not only solve the problem of disposing the biological waste that is created but also produce the starting material for downstream production of charcoal and activated carbon. Therefore, the properly designed equipment will be very beneficial to multiple industries.
The present work examines, from a managerial strategic point of view, the potential and future outlook for the commercialization of the carbonization equipment. Furthermore, based on the availability status of both internal and external resources, key parameters for the success of the company in the future will become the bases for the style of management implementation.

Through the analyses of the present work, I conclude that although the size of the equipment manufacturer is limited, it possesses unique technical advantages that favor its entry into the existing market of coconut and palm shell disposal. At the same time, through continuous investment in technological and professional personnel development, expansion into other biological waste material can be achieved easily with the recommended strategies.
