  • Abstract In these years, the environment of stainless steel industry is affected by public awareness to protect environment, severe competition and other factors. In order to pursuit growth, small and medium size entrepreneurs in Taiwan need to expand international markets and make internalization
    When it comes to selecting an international market, Asia south east market is a popular choice. However, lacking of resources is a common situation of SMEs. In order to help SMEs to expand markets, the author collects analyses the data then uses the result to make priorities of target markets.
    The author chose J company as an example to observe, found out the factors which affect international marketing strategy and made a strategy to help organization to expand international markets.
