  • Abstract This research aims to integrate and optimize organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) on the light extraction designs.
    1. This experiment grows transparent conductive layer on the light extraction structure, and measure the conductivity and transmittance by different thermal annealing way and different process parameters.
    2. After screening, the best design was chosen to fabricate blue, green and red OLEDs with light extraction structures, which are able to maximize the light extraction efficiency.
       In this study, we successful fabricated OLED device containing light extraction substrate, and we also analysis and measurement properties of blue, green and red OLED devices. Noteworthy, the internal extraction structure in blue and green light have the outstanding efficiency, which enhance the external quantum efficiency were 22.2% and 20.0%, respectively, and we also proposed a variety of ways to improve the light extraction efficiency in extraction structure.
