  • Abstract For enterprises undergoing transformation owing to information technology, the success or failure of its introduction is not conclusive, nor are there standards governing the extent of participants’ involvement. Based on the behavior of participants during the introduction of information systems, while also considering the effects of innovative business management and participants’ capacity to assimilate information systems, the present study utilizes qualitative research methods( mainly questionnaires and interviews) to analyze and examine participant behavior. The questionnaire research finds the use of innovative business management practices by businesses, their ability to assimilate these practices, and participants’ learning ability to be positively correlated with participation during the introduction of information systems. Finally, the study employs interviews to investigate insignificant effects and put forward proposals for improved methods, in order to enable information systems to go online smoothly and formally and to do so successfully.
