  • Abstract In this study, Systems Thinking is used to inspect and clarify various challenges during the growth and development in a textile SMEs which located in Changhua. UP to the present, this SMEs is been a thirty years historical company. However, the profit increasing, selection, recruitment, cultivation and employment of the talents, and the inheritance of professional experiences and implicit knowledge are all causes in problems in recent years. The purpose of this study is to assist the enterpriser to understand the complicated structures behind the problems by systems thinking and to provide the better way for dissolving the problems. The method of data collection is through interviewing enterpriser, managers and staffs. The result of this study is to find out the status and obstacles of the enterprise which including "pursuing growth causes to Shifting the Burden","aging crisis in production department","stagnation of creation leads to Limits to Growth" and "difficulties of implicit knowledge inheritance forms Shifting the Burden ". This study provides advices for the future and longtime development policies of this company.
