  • Abstract Today, Taiwan functional textiles and industrial textiles are globally dominant. Taiwan functional textiles accounted for about 70 % of the world’s production. However, to remain competitive, dyeing and finishing industries are required to enhance their production effectiveness by embracing Industry 4.0 technology, standardized process and exception data management. All are essential for fully automated textile plants
    Taiwan’s dyeing and finishing automation suppliers provide total integrated solutions to implement effective automation of high quality, reliability and reduced production costs. With the relocation of mass production in textile industry, as a supplier of plant automation, we must follow our customers and reach out to the world
    A study is about a dyeing and finishing equipment supplier; who has international partnership for ODM business with vertical integration of the domestic and foreign brands to complement its product line to provide a comprehensive overall TOTAL SOLUTION. The aim being to increase its business advantages in the international competitive market. In the pursuit of profit performance and sustainable development, it layouts it’s international marketing strategy, combining its own branding strategy to establish its own path in the international market.
    Based on the above study background and motivation of the case company on the effective ways to enter the international market, it shows how the enterprise set up sales strategies and organizational structure in different markets to be globally competitive. By collecting and analyzing market data; to discussing how to adjust the strategy in existing international markets; to considering the entry mode in the new international markets, and the control issues that the management team faces, the company derived solution proposals.
    This study is for a case company on Diversification Strategy in international market and overseas management operations, taking reference of strategy aggregation in the mainland China market and adjusting the entry mode for Vietnam new markets.
