  • Abstract Mobile payment has advantages of security,convenience and immediacy, etc. Compare to other countries,Taiwan has many existing healthy conditions to promote Cellular Phone Mobile Payment. But in reality,it is relatively backward. First of all, this thesis will explore the developments of financial payment instruments and Mobile Payment Platform as well as the possible influences caused by consumer behaviors and technological evolutions,and then discover the Nash equilibrium under the Co-opetition of financial institutions and telecom operators. Equipping with Near Field Communication modules is the essential for realizing Cellular Phone Mobile Payment. How can NFC module industry play a successful role of complementary within this platform and find out the key successful factors? Those are also the emphases of this thesis.
    This study will refer to Game Theory and the Nash Equilibrium to reason the Co-opetition of these two major players;Citing Network Effect theory to identify the resorts to stimulate the platform toward positive;Porter's Five Forces Analysis will be used to analyze the NFC module industry’s position,and identify the key success factors accordingly.
    Finally,the conclusions of this research is expecting to make specific recommendations to Government on formulating industrial policies and suggestions to Industries.
