||Since 2000, the textile industry in Taiwan has been moving manufacturing out of Taiwan, due to shrinking domestic market, the impact of overseas sales back to the domestic supply chain, and the disappearance of an advantage of industry clusters in Taiwan. Many domestic textile companies have transformed for their survival. Also, the domestic textile companies have relied on a single market for a long period of time and also the condition of complicated production technology. As a result, they have encountered numerous obstacles in the process of transformation. This is a case study of one domestic textile company that has transitioned successfully and enlarged its scale quickly in a highly competitive environment. However, the growths of this Textile Company come in spite of many problems in the process, including its complexity. This forced the company to deal with a continuous cycle of problem.|
This study utilized a systematic methodology to organize the literature, which found the importance of communication and coordination across departments Furthermore, systems thinking provides the casual feedback loop diagram and systems archetypes to depict the various roles in organizational communication and interaction with one another during organizational transformation. We should pay special attention to clarifying the critical loops, and understanding the interaction relationships and the necessary conditions for their development. Furthermore, identifying problems which are influenced by some strategies in the past and problems from system complexities are essential, too. System thinking can help us to find the source and causes of problems, at the same time; we can look for methods to help internal organizational system to be more robust. This will help and ensure a common vision for the organization.
