  • Abstract Technological innovation is a very important in today‚Äôs fast changing business environment. R&D technological innovation capabilityies can be improved it will be based on the leadership .The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between transformational leadership and transactional leadership on knowledge sharing willingness and technological innovation.
    The results of this study are as follows:
    I. Both transformational and transactional leaderships have a positive effect on technological innovation.
    II. Knowledge sharing willingness has a positive effect on technological innovation.
    III. The transformation and transactional leaderships have a positive effect on knowledge sharing willingness.
    IV. The transformation leadership has a positive impact on knowledge sharing willingness and better than transactional leadership.
    V. The knowledge sharing willingness is the intervening factor between transformation, transactional leadership and technological innovation.
