Abstract |
The thesis designs and implements servo driver of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on the digital signal processor. There are two control modes of this driver, including velocity control and position control closed-loop mode with current control loop. The main purpose of current control loop is that the three-phase current of the permanent magnet synchronous motor can follow the three-phase sinusoidal current commands to make the torque smoothly and limit the peak value of phase current for protecting the driver. The thesis also proposed the robust integral structure control scheme to design the permanent magnet synchronous motor servo control system. This control scheme is to achieve not only the servo control of the system is fast and accurate, but also the system is robust to external input disturbance and parameter variations. The results of the experiment show that the servo control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor can be achieved precise velocity and position servo tracking, and has a superior transient and steady state response. |
