  • Abstract Faced with the advent of e-generations, banks have gradually added services and related information into digital form. Therefore, in order to improve the bank's operating performance and effectively reduce the risk of risks with the digital marketing and digital risk management of the individual loan. It will help enterprises and society. With continued development, the bank will value the customer experience in the future, and the management system will move toward the trend of convenience, digitization, and action. E Bank was established in 1992. The founder invites a group of financial professionals to set up a joint venture. It is a bank without a consortium and an official banker. At the end of 2017, the bank’s assets exceeded 2 trillion, belonging to large banks. E Banking upholds four major business orientations, namely (1) continuous improvement of corporate governance systems and information disclosure; (2) long-term development of like-minded professional financial professionals; (3) establishment of sound risk management and excellent asset quality; (4) The competitive advantages of high-quality brands, services, and teams. The internal control management can be divided into three levels, the first is to meet the requirements of laws and regulations; the second is to enhance overall performance; the third is to strengthen the awareness of legal compliance, establish the E Bank compliance process architecture. In addition, through three defense lines, banks are encouraged to implement risk control mechanisms to reduce risk and increase effective bank returns. E-banking uses technology and digital technology as accelerators for financial technology, and combines emerging payment, digital marketing, and digital platforms to create digital brands for E-banking.
