  • Abstract With the evolution of the times, the consumption habits of the Taiwanese people are constantly changing. For the needs of the retail industry, today's chain convenience stores have occupied an irreplaceable position in the retail industry in Taiwan.
    This study explores the interrelationship between retail innovation and customer loyalty through an innovation case at Familymart. Through literature review, research design, questionnaire distribution, statistical analysis, and results writing, we concluded that retail innovation has a significant positive correlation with customer loyalty. Even through the mediators’ customer value, the innovation in the retail industry still has a partial impact on customer loyalty.
    Through case studies of Familymart, companies are expected to focus more on their ability to innovate and innovate within the company, allowing their industries to emerge in an era of dominance.
