  • Abstract With the rapid growth of economy, the accelerating rhythm of life, "Quick" became the theme of today's society, the catering industry has entered a new era in the name of "quick". Due to the introduction of western fast food McDonald's and KFC, hit a lot of domestic catering industry market, Chinese fast food introduced subsequently. Sipping Xiabu Chinese fast food hot pot, the advent of a lot of attention from the society. A star has broken the traditional hot pot, found hotpot market a new field. This study explores Sipping Xiabu strategy analysis, from the industry analysis of hot pot industry, and compared with classical hot pot industry representatives, five analysis and SWOT analysis, explore the Sipping Xiabu in the use of strategies, and draw the following conclusion:
    1、 Sipping Xiabu in hot pot market saturation can take off the lead out, rely on is strategic objectives clear positioning, to "convenient" as the theme, whether it is convenient point meal link and dining or convenient access locations make consumers feel convenient, now the fast pace of life adaptation.
    2、 Sipping Xiabu at low prices to gain considerable profit. In nowadays society fast development, the rapid rise of the prices also followed, Sipping Xiabu food prices are still low, however, and keep the taste and quality of component is changeless, coupled with the ubiquitous Xiabu store locations, which makes the Xiabu got the favour of the masses of the people, by the low price the same quality and high traffic and turn over rate obtained considerable profit.
    3、   Xiabu powerful center distribution system, in all capital in the growth of the age, the only can solve capital growth is of logistics distribution center to strengthen and perfect. Xiabu formally by its powerful center distribution system, improve the efficiency of the distribution, reduce the cost and make Xiabu under the condition of the product price is low still can get enough profits, this is Xiabu is new entrants cannot imitate competitive advantage.
    4、   Compare pot industry classic representative of Little Sheep, from the target customer base and product service characteristics start by comparing the two companies, as well as draw up different competitive Xiabu and industry between the traditional hot pot.
