Execution promotion is not only related to long-term stability but also related to the sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, we must try our best to enhance the execution. Besides, the individuals in my company are quite good, but the overall execution is not as good as expected. Whether the company's culture or some other reasons to cause that. Hope to find the answers via the research and so as to improve the overall execution of the company. This is the motivation of the research.
Through human capita questionnaire, the research adopts simple measure tools to find out the human capital situation and the other-oriented advantages and disadvantages of the company. For in-depth and broader perspective, the research also makes in-depth interviews at the same time. Try to identify more specific direction to enhance the company's business execution.
The study found that the company's overall human capital is still strong. But there are some problems in the performance-staff promotion and task distribution. For those problems, the author makes some statements and suggestions to provide improvement reference to the company. Hope it's helpful for the company.
