  • Abstract In the rapidly changing global market, the gaming industry is faced with growing challenges. With the competition between game companies more and more intense, the game product consumption patterns continue to change,
    At the same time, the game product life cycle is increasingly shortened, the game company is facing rising business risk. Therefore, how to effectively and effective risk management to reduce the exposure of enterprises in the unknown environment, and the implementation of relevant laws and regulations norms, has become a major issue in the game company, which also highlights the importance of the implementation of internal control system.
    In recent years, the outbreak of corporate internal fraud, so that enterprises gradually attach importance to the implementation of internal control system. Enterprises are no longer focused on process planning and management, instead of risk assessment-oriented internal control. This also more in line with the internal control objectives of integrated enterprise risk management.
