    Through the analysis of the existing laws and regulations and data collection by SWOT analysis and Porter's five-force analysis model compared to the "nursing home" business model of the difference, by the results of analysis of conservation institutions operating type, according to market positioning specific development of small conservation type According to the private institutions of accommodation-based conservation agencies to the high price for the market segment, the target customers with mild to moderate disability disabled elderly and the elderly, with a small conservation-type long-term private institutions accommodation-based maintenance-oriented institutions as the main business Way, through this study to get the population of Taiwan from the aging society to the process of advanced society arising from the care of the problem, in the small conservation-oriented long-term private institutions under the accommodation of the operation can achieve an effective solution. It is the ultimate goal of this paper to develop a basic model of a small-scale maintenance-oriented long-term residential business model with private institutions to enhance the competitiveness and profitability and achieve the unique position and competitive advantage of the enterprises in the market.
