  • Abstract The goal of this thesis is to design a current loop applying to a motor driver. It can not only provide the motor a smooth torque response but also reduce the ripple of the velocity. The whole system includes the drive of the sinusoidal PWM, the estimation of the magnetic angle, the control of the speed loop and the control of the current loop. In order to prove the efficiency of the system, the TMS320F28035 by Texas instruments is used as the core of the whole control system. According to the system simulation constructed by the Simulink, the performance of the motor driver can be testified with a commercial 750W AC servo motor. According to the final experimental results, the motor in this thesis can be well performed with the external load by stabilizing of the velocity with the current loop and the velocity loop.
