Coast region is an important area of human development, the development of the coastal areas of the environment and ecological impact mitigation and response is an important part of integrated coastal management. the role of scientific information is more important. In this study, the largest Coast petrochemical industrial zone development projects ─Sixth naphtha cracking offshore industrial zone, from construction to operations, the role of scientific information in the marine environment management.
