Abstract |
This study explored the female entrepreneur entrepreneurial course about the motives of female entrepreneurship, female entrepreneurship difficulties encountered, female entrepreneurs entrepreneurial style and characteristics by two enterprises as a case. The research data obtain from the non-structured in-depth interview and secondary information. This study used qualitative research method for the double case analysis, combined with the previous literature, and then summed up and analyze the data, found that the family of female Entrepreneurs in the entrepreneurial process has a significant relevance. Specifically, the purpose of this study: 1. The female entrepreneurs in the past behavior and the discussion of female entrepreneurship to successful female entrepreneurship business as an example. 2. To explore the success of female entrepreneurs’ entrepreneurial motivation and opportunity. 3. To explore the success of female entrepreneurs in the entrepreneurial experience of the difficulties. 4. To explore the success of female entrepreneur’s entrepreneurial characteristics and style. |
