||There have been a lot of problems existing in the society as Taiwan keeps developing. Non-profit organizations have great influence in dealing with all the problems, and thus enhance the public benefits. NPOs utilize their human capital to maintain the function and distribute the influence. Scholar（1999）mentioned that human talents affect the long-term development of the organizations, hence, recruiting the suitable human talent is the essential job in the organizational operation.|
The reasons volunteers being attracted by NPOs, are by the psychological feedback while doing the volunteering service. In the past, in the researches of organization attraction, some were focusing on Profit Organizations. In the recent years, there’re more and more researches that are focusing on the NPO’s attraction. This research mainly deals with volunteers in NPOs, striving to understand the factors NPO utilize to attract volunteers. Also, how an NPO use its attraction and the effect on volunteers’ recruitment. What’s more, the research explores the messages from NPO and the messages volunteers receive, are the same or not.
For exploring the factors volunteers participate in the volunteering service in NPOs, this research adopts interviews with volunteers, attempting to find out the personal motivations, actual experience, the reasons being attracted, etc., for acquiring the complete information. This research adopts the semi-structure way in qualitative research method. Based on the previous related research topics and literature, and the outline of interview questions, bolstered by the factors effecting volunteers. To collect the data, this research adopts oral questions and answers. While interviewing, the dialogues were all recorded. After the interview, researched typed down the scripts of interviews. Therefore, in the basis of research outcomes, researcher acquired the conclusion of the study. Furthermore, researcher addressed research suggestions related to future studies.
