||With the rising awareness of the environment protection, governments are dedicated to promoting electronic invoices. Taiwan government has began to promote Consumers' Carrier of E-invoice Policy under physical channels since 2010. However, about 90% of invoices are still paper invoices in 2015. Therefore, this thesis presents the key success factors of the government's policy promoted Consumers using the E-invoice Policy instead of the physical entities. The relevant literatures are collected. Then it used Analytic Hierarchy Process as an analysis tool to rearrange the factors. The questionnaire is completed by the experts, and the results are as follows: |
1. Primary key success factors are convenience, business support, policy completeness, and e-invoicing business penetration.
2. Secondary key success factors are high-level government support, teaching and consulting channels, policy coercion, and security and privacy.
In addition, the study found that the convenience of non-entity e-invoices to achieve a decisive goal of the important factors, but we should not underestimate the importance of business support. Taiwan government should establish a friendly electronic invoice use of the environment.
