  • Abstract With the rapid development of E-commerce, the online payment and E-commerce is growing fast. The occurrence of third-party payment platform, to some extent, solved the problems that exist in online payment such as the safety and the credibility.
      Alibaba Group, the world's leading e-commerce service enterprises. Far short period of more than ten years to form the existing scale, the operations are ranked first in the industry, the acquisition of these results are derived from the Alibaba Group attaches great importance to the development of strategic founded in 1999. Market and the environment is constantly changing,one moves, the Alibaba Group, in order to maintain the dominant position and long-term development, we must improve their development strategy to achieve a strategic upgrade.
      Business model is the basic theory about how an enterprise create, transfer, acquire it’s value. It is also the key value of the whole enterprise. An appropriate business model can make an enterprise go smoothly and stand on the preponderant position among competiton. A business model which is not correspond to the market and resources can make the enterprise lose it’s market share in the short term, and moreover, in the long term it will lose it’s competiton ability totally. It is no doubt that business model is very important for an enterprise. The creation and change in the business model in Alibaba Group is the key factor of why it can set a good example to other competitors.
