  • Abstract In response to the trend of globalization, international trade, business practices, enterprises must be able to provide timely and correct manufacturing services, changes in the world economy, and can find ways to survive. Smooth production and management processing within the enterprise architecture necessitate, but all processes vary. How to seek for similarities among the same? How do they correspond to different industries? This study presents the research on the high-end global aerospace technology manufacturing, and then the extension of new business of an enterprise.
    This study is to construct an architecture-oriented model for aerospace business management. In this architecture-oriented model, manufacturing operations management department combining with the artifacts of software systems and component, thus, interaction and information flow among them are completely described.
    Architecture-Oriented Aerospace Business Management Model (AOABMM) is based on the theory of enterprise architecture. This model, founded on Structure-Behavior Coalescence, contains six fundamental diagrams: Architecture Hierarchy Diagram (AHD), Framework Diagram (FD), Component Operation Diagram (COD), Component Connection Diagram (CCD), Structure-Behavior Coalescence Diagram (SBCD), and Interaction Flow Diagram (IFD). Complete the models step by step. This architecture-oriented model can clearly present the organization's structure and behavior of various jobs and make the flow of information simple, clear, and easy to understand and communicate. AOABMM will shorten the developing, operations, processes time for a company when any new business occurs.
