||This study explores the process of students’ entrepreneurial team formation. I focus founder's decision-making process on the new member, and then figure out the founder how to identify and select this new member. Thus, I analyze three main members of students’ entrepreneurial team through narrative inquiry approach, including founder, chief development officer and one technical staff. Overall, my purpose is that I can clear founder how to decide the new member.|
Therefore, I identify Resource-seeking (Economics) and Interpersonal attraction (Sociology and Psychology) as primary motivators for new member addition. Moreover, I use Absorptive Capacity theory to explain the founder capability growth in the entrepreneurial process. When combine these views, I define a new flow-chart for entrepreneurial team formation to clear new teammate addition in Case-story. Finally, I join the perspective of students' characteristics to sort out the new finding of this research, and then strengthen the views of “Students’ Entrepreneurial Team Formation”.
