Despite that, reviewing some past researches , We can see that most of the NPOs still struggling for developing the use of the official website .The difference of the resource between NPO leads to the digital divide phenomenon . This article is conducted with the model of Rayport and Jaworski’s(2001) 7C framework , examing 110 NPO websites on Yahoo!
