||The rapid development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has enabled mobile devices and Internet services to completely affect our daily routine and habits, and the employee training model for enterprises has also undergone a major revolution. |
Although many scholars are very optimistic about mobile learning, the actual corporate implementation is only a handful; means there are some difficulties or obstacles for the introduction of mobile learning.
In the past, most researches focus on the key factors of implementation and the structure of mobile learning. Therefore, this study will identify the key success factors by interview a financial bank holding company who have already implement mobile learning.
In this study, the key factors are summarized as follows 4 aspects: organization strategy, task planning, team manpower and technical support.
Organizational：The approval and support from senior management is the key success factor of mobile learning implementation.
Task：he extent to which the mobile learning content is integrated with the job requirements has a significant impact.
Team：The level of professionalism and commitment of the team is the key success factor that influences the adoption.
Technical：Information security is the key factor for enterprises to implement mobile learning. However, the innovative thinking of technology and government regulations are the keys to the introduction of mobile learning in the financial industry.
