  • Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between team conflict (i.e., task conflict and relationship conflict) and team learning, and the mediating role of person-team fit (i.e., supplementary and complementary fit). Results from 81 teams consisted of students and employees support the hypothesized model. The effect of relationship on team learning is negatively significant.
The contribution of this finding is to clarify the effects of different types of team conflict on team learning and the mechanism through which the relationship occurs.
