隨著時代的變遷,產業型態的轉變,社會大眾對於建築物外觀的需求亦隨之改變!有鑑於1990年代後台灣科技及電子相關產業的崛起,為了產業出口外銷或是內需要求,不同產業的廠房興建時有了不同的需求及規定。首先在牆體外觀設計上跳脫傳統貼磚之桎梏,創造出更符合業界所需求的方式及技術!在早期竹科、中科及南科科學園區管理局對於廠商在科學園區設廠時,對於廠房外觀也有一定之要求,為確保園區的建築有一定的水準,建立起帷幕牆產業的基石並在該市場成為具有一定影響力的公司! 本研究擬剖析個案公司在金屬帷幕牆產業中成為領導品牌的關鍵成功因素。藉由彙整專家訪談的結果,企業管理學術理論與模型的實證分析交叉比對與個案公司的核心能力與經營策略來探討個案公司在帷幕牆產業能成為業界領導品牌的競爭優勢。此外,透過經營策略、核心能力及五力分析等理論研究個案公司在市場上採取營運方針及競爭策略作為公司未來發展及營運模式的方向。彙整結論如下: 1. 投入持續性的創新及研發,強化生產設備的能力及確保經濟規模的產出,有助於個案公司的競爭優勢。 2. 公司組織的工程管理能力及生產技術能力決定個案公司在業界能否成功的關鍵要素之一。 3. 公司創建的信譽、口碑及顧客忠誠度間接反映於產品的銷售及認同,無形中形成公司的競爭優勢。 4. 公司明顯採用差異化策略及目標集中策略創造出獨特的競爭優勢並成為關鍵成功的因素之一。 5. 個案公司透過本身核心能力如優異財務背景、產能自有率、等樹立了堅強的競爭優勢。 |
Abstract |
With the changes of the times and the change of industrial form, the public's demand for the appearance of buildings has also changed! In view of the rise of Taiwan's technology and electronics-related industries after the 1990s, different industries have been exported for export or domestic demand for different industries. The factory building had different needs and regulations when it was built. First of all, the wall design is freed from the shackles of traditional tiling to create a method and technology that better meets the needs of the industry! In the early days, Hsinchu, Taichung and Tainan Science Park Administration for manufacturers set up factories in science parks. There are also certain requirements for the appearance of the plant. In order to ensure that the park's construction has a certain standard, the cornerstone of the curtain wall industry has been established and it has become an influential company in this market! This study intends to analyze the key success factors for case companies to become leading brands in the metal curtain wall industry. Based on the results of expert interviews, the empirical analysis of academic theories and models of business management cross-comparisons with the core capabilities and business strategies of case companies to explore the competitive advantages of case companies in the curtain wall industry as the leading brand in the industry. In addition, through theoretical research on business strategies, core competencies and five-force analysis, the case company adopts operating policies and competitive strategies in the market as the direction of the company's future development and operating model. The conclusion is as follows: 1. Investing in continuous innovation and R&D, strengthening production equipment capabilities and ensuring economic-scale output will help the case company's competitive advantage. 2. The company's organization's engineering management capabilities and production technology capabilities determine one of the key factors for a case company's success in the industry. 3. The credibility, word-of-mouth and customer loyalty created by the company are indirectly reflected in the sales and recognition of the product, which invisibly forms the company's competitive advantage. 4. The company has clearly adopted a differentiated strategy and a targeted strategy to create unique competitive advantages and become one of the key success factors. 5. The case company has established a strong competitive advantage through its core capabilities such as excellent financial background, capacity owning rate, etc. |
